When you ring 309-2000 you will be greeted by one of our friendly, efficient operators.
All our operators have attended an intensive training program that is facilitated by Siemens, our phone technology suppliers. They are taken off site and trained to use the phone system to the best of their ability. In addition, they are taught how to make the phone work for them, and how to process an order efficiently. Our state of the art computer system is highly intuitive and helps to make their job easier.
